    The Altagamma General Assembly took place yesterday, at the Head Office of Il Sole 24 Ore.

    After the opening speech by Chairman Leonardo Ferragamo, the following documents have been presented: the 2007 Operative Plan, the Auditor relation, the 2006 Balance Sheet, the 2007 Budget, the new Organs and roles for the period 2007-2009, with the definition of the Sectoral and Areas Representatives.

    The Assembly has approved the modifications to the Statute that have been proposed to the Board of Directors, and has elected 8 new Directors for the period 2007 - 2009.

    The Board of Directors now has 25 members, with the election of Nerio Alessandri (Technogym), Franco Gussalli Beretta (Fabbrica d'Armi F.lli Beretta), Michael Burke (Fendi), Andrea Della Valle (Tod's), Massimo Ferretti (Alberta Ferretti), Francesco Minoli (Pomellato), Marco Settembri (San Pellegrino), Martino Zanotta (Zanotta).

    The entry of FRETTE among Altagamma Ordinary Members has been approved.
